C&H Industrial Services was established in 2007 and provides a variety of industrial overhaul. Headquartered in Dalton, Georgia, the company began providing services to the carpet industry and quickly expanded into other states and commerce. We continue to build our operations and capabilities to meet our customer’s needs and expectations. CRAIG HANKINS
President / Owner
Craig Hankins has served the Dalton Georgia Carpet Industry for 35 years. Craig was the Vice-President of Sales & Manufacturing for H&S Whiting for eighteen years and president for five years. His experience in manufacturing/processing of filler, compounding latex, dust collection and carpet related processes influenced his decision to establish C&H Industrial Services. He offers an extensive knowledge of textile manufacturing/processing that allows C&H Industrial Services to serve our customer’s needs with confidence.
In 2012, Hankins Crushing was established and Craig re-entered the filler/limestone business with the installment of a 73 inch Raymond Roller Mill and began serving various industries in the Southeast. In order to provide a comprehensive service to our customers, Hankins Transportation, which specializes in Pneumatic Bulk Tankers, was also established. Hankins Transportation is currently running a fleet of twenty trucks.
C&H Industrial Services, Hankins Crushing, and Hankins Transportation proudly employs over eighty staff members and we have progressively grown in the industrial service industry during the past nine years. We look forward to our continued growth and to serving our customers in the coming years.
BLAKE HANKINS
Sales Manager
Blake Hankins earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Blake’s drive to build a business that offers a variety of services lead him to become certified in ARC, MIG, and TIG welding. Blake utilizes his education to perform a multitude of duties which includes primarily sales, environmental issues, continuing education, and training of employees as a First-Aid and NCCER instructor. Through his welding certification, Blake is the lead fabricator for C&H Industrial Services and is often found on the job site or in the C&H Industrial Services shop providing high quality products and services to meet our customer’s needs.
STEVEN HANKINS
Sales
Steven Hankins is a valued asset at C&H Industrial Services, he has 19 years of experience in the manufacturing/processing of filler, compounding latex, dust collection and carpet related processes. He served as a plant supervisor for a large filler company in Dalton, Georgia and has been with C&H Industrial Services since 2008. Steven’s knowledge base has added value and helped with our company’s growth and clientele. Steven performs many duties at C&H Industrial Services including primarily sales, training, field supervision, safety auditor, and continued customer relations.
JONATHAN BYERS
Sales
Jonathan Byers earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and minored in Biology and Spanish from Reinhardt College. Jonathan has been with C & H Services since early 2012, and is actively involved in sales and corporate relations. He is a certified instructor for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Core Curriculum and Hydro blasting, vacuum truck safe work practices and operations instructor through FS Solutions, and is certified in confined space rescue. Jonathan’s determination, drive for success and steadfast leadership skills, show through his work ethic as well as it did in his collegiate baseball career. With several years of sales experience in the insurance industry, Jonathan’s perspective on obtaining new clientele, new job opportunities, and a new outlook on safety and innovation within the company has contributed to the success and growth within the company.
DARREN PIERCE
Safety Manager
C & H Services added Darren Pierce in 2021. Darren achieved his BS in criminal justice during his 18 years of service in law enforcement. Darren is a CPR First Aid and AED instructor with the Red Cross and is Confined Space Rescue certified. Darren is also an authorized OSHA Outreach instructor for general industry 10 & 30 hr. courses. Darren has the commitment, skill and resources to meet the demands of safety in many diverse areas of our industry. Darren’s commitment to help keep our employees safe from harm not only during work hours but in all aspects of their lives with his training and experience is great asset to the C & H Family.
REID THURMOND
Operations Manager
Reid Thurmond has over eight years’ experience in the industrial cleaning industry. Mr. Thurmond started with our company in 2012 as a field technician, and has since become a vital part in the company’s day-to-day operations. As Operations Manager he oversees the execution and planning of all industrial service projects and contracts. Reid is also certified in confined space rescue and has 30 hour General Industrial OSHA credentials.
DALTON MALONE
Regional Manager
Dalton Malone has been with C&H Services for over 6 years and serves as our regional manager. Dalton has extensive training in Confined Space Rescue and is OSHA certified in vacuum trucks and water-blasting operations. Dalton is a hands on manager and is often found out in the field working beside our skilled crew members.
Along with his industrial cleaning services, Dalton’s attention to job safety and site cleanliness has aided in the retention of many satisfied customers.
